A BIT ABOUT ME
Ruth is a Strength and Conditioning Coach, UESCA Running Coach, Crossfit Level 1 Trainer and a British Weightlifting Coach.
Getting in shape should be fun. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients.

Ruth is a very dedicated and encouraging coach and has helped me make so many improvements since IÂ have had programming from her. She knows what my strengths are and uses them to help as well as so many other tools/exercises to aim towards and reach my goals. Ruth has been my coach for several months. I approached her with several goals I wanted to achieve and she formed a programme, based on my schedule, that was viable. Each session is devised to ensure I am challenged and Ruth’s encouragement ensures I push myself. I’ve had PT’s before but Ruth is different - your goals are her goals and she is as excited as you when they’re achieved!
